❓ How do I check out?✅ Self-Checkout is Easy & Hassle-Free! 1️⃣ Secure the Unit 🔒 Make sure all doors and windows are properly locked before leaving. 2️⃣ Return the Key 🔑 Return the key in the designated lockbox at th reception. 3️⃣ Final Check 🏡 Ensure you haven’t left any personal items behind. Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins. 4️⃣ Let Us Know! 📩 Send us a quick message via WhatsApp or Airbnb to confirm your checkout. 💡 Need a Late Checkout? Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. 🚖 Free Drop-Off for 10+ Night Stays! ❓ Is parking available?✅ Free parking is available (limited slots, first-come, first-served). ✅ Paid public parking is available nearby for both cars and motorcycles. 🔹 IT Park Open Parking (Near Sugbo Mercado & Ayala Malls Central Bloc) Car: ₱40 for the first 3 hours, ₱10 per additional hour Motorcycle: ₱30 for the first 3 hours, ₱10 per additional hour 📌 Tip: Message us before arrival to check real-time availability! If free parking is full, we can guide you to the nearest paid parking area. 🚗🏍

❓ Is housekeeping available during my stay?✅ Yes! Weekly cleaning(paid service) is available for long-term guests. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?✅ We accept GCash, credit cards, and bank transfers for direct bookings.

❓ Are there discounts for long stays or returning guests?✅ Yes! Returning guests get 5% credit for future stays. Discounts available for weekly/monthly bookings.

❓ Do I need to pay a deposit?✅ A 30% deposit is required for direct bookings. The balance is due before check-in.
